Job Description

The accountant will lead the company’s finance function and be responsible for financial strategy, planning, reporting, controls, compliance, and risk management. The role will provide commercial and financial leadership to support business growth, profitability, operational efficiency, and sound decision-making.

Job Responsibility

1. Lead the finance function and manage the finance team.
2. Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
3. Prepare accurate financial reports and management accounts.
4. Monitor financial performance and provide analysis to support decision-making.
5. Manage cash flow, working capital, and company funding needs.
6. Ensure compliance with tax, audit, accounting, and regulatory requirements.
7. Maintain strong internal controls, financial policies, and procedures.
8. Oversee payroll, payments, collections, and banking relationships.
9. Identify financial risks, recommend mitigation measures and support senior management with financial planning and business growth decisions.
