Job Description

The Hotel Security Personnel is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, visitors, and hotel property. The role involves monitoring hotel premises, controlling access, preventing security incidents, and responding promptly to emergencies.

Job Responsibility

1. Protect guests, staff, visitors, and hotel property from theft, damage, and security threats.
2. Monitor entrances, exits, parking areas, and restricted locations to prevent unauthorized access.
3. Conduct regular patrols around the hotel premises and identify potential security risks.
4. Monitor CCTV cameras, alarms, and other security systems and report suspicious activities.
5. Respond promptly to emergencies, disturbances, theft, fire incidents, and other security concerns.
6. Maintain accurate security logs, incident reports, visitor records, and lost-and-found documentation.

Job Skills

Strong observation, communication, vigilance, conflict management, emergency response, problem-solving, teamwork, integrity, discipline, and basic security and safety knowledge.
