Job Description

The Kitchen Assistant supports the kitchen team by preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with basic food preparation to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Job Responsibility

1. Assist with washing, cutting, peeling, and preparing food ingredients.
2. Keep kitchen surfaces, utensils, equipment, and storage areas clean and organized.
3. Support chefs and cooks during food preparation and service.
4. Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen tools promptly.
5. Store food items properly and assist with stock arrangement and inventory checks.
6. Follow hygiene, food safety, and kitchen procedures at all times.
