Job Description

The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests, taking and serving orders accurately, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Job Responsibility

1. Welcome guests, present menus, and assist with food and drink selections.
2. Take accurate orders and communicate them promptly to the kitchen or bar.
3. Serve food and beverages professionally and ensure guests are attended to throughout their meal.
4. Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
5. Present bills, receive payments, issue receipts where required, and report any payment discrepancies.
6.Handle guest requests and complaints politely and report serious issues to the supervisor.
