Job Description

The Hotel Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the hotel, ensuring excellent guest service, effective staff management, financial control, and the smooth running of all departments.

Job Responsibility

1.Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure all departments function efficiently.
2. Supervise staff performance, attendance, discipline, and adherence to hotel policies.
3. Ensure high standards of guest service and resolve major guest complaints promptly.
4. Monitor hotel revenue, expenses, occupancy, budgets, and overall financial performance.
5. Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, security, front desk, restaurant, and other departments.
6. Prepare management reports, enforce operational procedures, and ensure safety and service standards are maintained.
