Job Description

The Lifeguard/Poolside Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the safety of guests around the swimming pool, maintaining poolside order, and responding quickly to emergencies.

Job Responsibility

1. Monitor swimmers and poolside activities to prevent accidents and unsafe behaviour.
2. Enforce pool safety rules and ensure guests use the pool responsibly.
3. Respond promptly to emergencies and provide basic first aid or rescue assistance when necessary.
4. Inspect the pool area regularly and report hazards, damaged equipment, or maintenance issues.
5. Keep the poolside area clean, organized, and ready for guest use.
6. Maintain incident records and report serious safety concerns to management.
