Job Description

The Maintenance/Porter is responsible for assisting with the upkeep of hotel facilities, handling minor repairs, supporting guests with luggage, and ensuring the hotel environment remains safe, clean, and functional.

Job Responsibility

1. Carry out routine inspections and minor repairs on hotel facilities, furniture, plumbing, electrical fittings, and equipment.
2. Assist guests with luggage during check-in, check-out, and room transfers.
3. Report major maintenance faults and safety hazards promptly to the supervisor or management.
4. Support the movement of supplies, equipment, furniture, and other hotel items when required.
5. Ensure corridors, entrances, storage areas, and assigned work areas are kept clean, safe, and properly arranged.
6. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and provide general operational support to other hotel departments when necessary.

Job Skills
